* Current and All Previous Passport (Current Passport should be valid for more than 6
months)
* Certificate of Employment - must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation,
address, office landline number (cell-phone number is not allowed), email address
* Business Registration (if owner)
* School Certification (if student)
* Original Bank Certificate - must include account type, current balance, account opening
date, 6 months average balance (ADB)
* Bank Statement - original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last
3 months
* Income Tax Return (copy only) - with personal TIN number
* Invitation Letter and copy of Inviter's Passport (if applicable)
* PSA Birth and marriage certificate if travelling with spouse or child
Additional Documents for accompanying dependents:
* Notarized Affidavit of Support from principal applicant
* Copy of Marriage Certificate for dependent spouse
* Copy of Birth Certificate for dependent child
* Original School Certification for dependent child
* Copy of Birth Certificate of applicant traveling with dependent parent/s
NOTE: All foreign nationals applying for a Korean visa must have a minimum residency of 2 years
in the Philippines for them to be qualified for the issuance of a visa.
