To qualify for the promo:
1.    Exclusive for Visa Center PH website and/or mobile applications ONLY. Otherwise, additional fees may apply.
2.    All documents MUST be uploaded to the Visa Center PH app and website (https://visacenter.ph).
3.    Applicants MUST comply with the required online assessment on or before before July 31, 2024  
4.    Uploaded requirements are subject to online assessment. Additional documents may be required from the visa applicant during the process.
Other conditions:
1. This rate is valid for Tourist visa applications inclusive of Multiple Entry requests.   
2. Visa application must be done during the period of July 1 - 31, 2024. 
3. Applicants must register their names and companions.
4. In the case of group travel, the group must have the same travel date and should file their visa applications at the same time.
5. Applicants with vouchers must fully utilize their vouchers upon availment.
6. Splitting of vouchers between multiple accounts is NOT allowed.
7. All payments must be made online. Only fully paid applications will be processed by UHI.
8. A confirmation and payment notification will be sent to applicant’s registered email address and must be provided as proof of payment.
9. Documents must strictly be uploaded to, and pre-assessed by, the Visa Center PH web/mobile
app before submitting documents to the office of Universal Holidays, Inc.
10. In case of applicant’s cancellation, for whatever reason, of his/her application that has been assessed and/or processed, there shall be no refund of the assessment fees.
11. After UHI’s completion of visa processing, if applicant cancels his/her courier request, for whatever reason, there shall be no refund of courier fees.
12. The applicant should send the complete documents to the office of Universal Holidays, Inc. through his/her preferred courier service provider once the online assessment is complete.

REFUND POLICY 
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to establish refund rules and regulations on processing Visa transactions.

Scope
This policy applies to all employees and customers of Universal Holiday Inc. (UHI), including all personnel affiliated with third parties.

1.1    Policies and Procedures

A.    General Consideration
 
 
1.    Payment shall be non-refundable for the following conditions:
a.    Applications which has been already assessed and processed regardless of cancellation, withdrawal or denial of application.
b.    Unused vouchers under promotional rates
c.    Cancellation and/or Non-Appearance on scheduled appointment
2.    The following shall be considered eligible refunds:
a.    Double Payment.

B.    Policies and Procedures for Eligible Refunds
 
 
1.    Applicant shall fill out Refund Request Form attached with supporting documents.
2.    Refund Request Form shall be subject for investigation and approval.
3.    Refund Request with incomplete or missing supporting documents, e.g. proof of double payment, shall not be processed.
4.    The approved amount shall be refunded using the original payment method within thirty (30) working days from the receipt date of request either through the following:
a.    Credit Card - processing days may vary depending on the issuing bank.
b.    Cash Deposit (Cash, bank deposit, etc.) – processing days may vary depending on circumstances.
5.    Any fraudulent transaction in relation to refund system shall be subject to further investigation and applicable laws.
