•    Applicant must register their names and companions. Applications must be filed all at the same time.
•    Group must travel together with the same date.
•    This rate is valid for Single Entry tourist visa application only. Request to apply for Multiple entry visa is subject to additional P300 fee
•    Payments shall be made online. Only fully paid applications will be processed.
•    A confirmation voucher shall be sent to your registered email address.
•    This offer is valid at Universal Holidays Inc. Applicant/s must bring the documents personally to UHI office in Makati or you may send it thru your preferred courier service provider.
