Japan & Korea Tourist Visa Application

Uploading and Assessment of documents should start at least 3 months prior to scheduled travel

• Open to Philippine Passport holders applying for a Japan Tourist Visa
• Voucher is for SINGLE ENTRY TOURIST VISA PROCESSING FEE

a. JAPAN VISA - P 700.00
b. KOREA VISA - P 700.00

• To avail promo vouchers, participant must visit and register to www.visacenter.ph website or download Visa Center PH Mobile App
• Promo vouchers are only available for online payment within Visa Center PH
• One voucher is valid per participant/applicant and can only be used once.
• Each Visa Center PH registrant/account can avail of up 5 vouchers maximum.
• Use of promo vouchers can only be redeemed exclusively by the purchasing registered account via the Visa Center PH website or Mobile App.
• Promo vouchers are valid for use for Japan or Korea Single Entry Tourist Visa only.
• A voucher confirmation shall be sent to your registered email address and online account.
• Vouchers availed under the same purchase/transaction must be redeemed at the same time and must have the same travel dates.

NOTES:

• All documents must be pre-assessed thru the online assessment platform at least 3 months prior to scheduled travel.
• UHI will conduct verification calls thru the phone call, Viber or FB Messenger during the pre-assessment of documents as part of the application procedure.
• Request to apply for a Multiple Entry visa is subject to an additional P300 fee (for Japan Visa only).

• For contactless transactions? Applicant/s may send the pre-assessed documents using your preferred courier service provider to the below address.

REFUND POLICY

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to establish refund rules and regulations on processing Visa transactions.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees and customers of Universal Holiday Inc. (UHI), including all personnel affiliated with third parties.

1.1 Policies and Procedures

A. General Consideration

1. Payment shall be non-refundable for the following conditions:

a.    Applications which has been already assessed and processed regardless of cancellation, withdrawal or denial of application.
b.    Unused vouchers under promotional rates
c.    Cancellation and/or Non-Appearance on scheduled appointment

2. The following shall be considered eligible refunds:

a. Double Payment.

B. Policies and Procedures for Eligible Refunds

1.    Applicant shall fill out Refund Request Form attached with supporting documents.
2.    Refund Request Form shall be subject for investigation and approval.
3.    Refund Request with incomplete or missing supporting documents, e.g. proof of double payment, shall not be processed.
4.    The approved amount shall be refunded using the original payment method within thirty (30) working days from the receipt date of request either through the following:

a. Credit Card - processing days may vary depending on the issuing bank.
b. Cash Deposit (Cash, bank deposit, etc.) – processing days may vary depending on circumstances.

5. Any fraudulent transaction in relation to refund system shall be subject to further investigation and applicable laws.
